A little background info……
I need to lose weight.
I am a 45 year old male who is 2 1/2 stone over ideal weight as measured on the BMI scale (link to NHS BMI calculator on left) This may not be a lot overweight by some standards but enough to make me want to do something about it.
I realised that at 45 i may start to suffer with serious health issues brought about by being heavier than i should be and holding to much fat around my waist.
I already feel tired a lot, lack concentration, feel the need to eat chocolate and snacks etc.
I do not sleep well.
I eat too much starchy fatty food.
I do not exercise !
General lethargy is setting in, i feel lazy a lot of the time, a “can’t be bothered” attitude is with me most of the time.
I read about the Apple Cider Vinegar diet in a magazine article and Googled it, what i read inspired me to give it a go and i am going to write my experience down in this blog.
According to multitude of users on many health related forums apple cider vinegar (ACV) seems to offer a whole host of health benefits, i will report on my findings too.
